The tea plantations cover the north part of Wu Yi Shan mountain range at the height of 1000-15000 meters above sea level in exceptionally favourable natural habitat. When smoked and fired newly picked young tight buds with pulpy leaves, rich in various aromatic and flavoring substances, are smoke-dried over pinewood fire (China fir roots) to the end that the tea obtains a resinous pine aroma. Tight pulpy dark glittering tea leaves rolled in the shape of strips turn by brewing into a saturated orange-red infusion. The infusion is easy to drink, stirring up a wish to taste it over and over again.
