British red British red

This is one of the very few Black teas to come from the Guangdong province of China. The tea leaves are harvested in middle spring. The leaves are picked up from the highest branches of the tea-tree to provide better quality. After drying the leaves tend to have yellow veins, the more yellow veins the are, the better is the tea. British red tea makes an excellent tea by adding sweet condensed milk. The taste is peppery with sweet finish.
