Bai Rui Xiang tea is known for about a hundred years. This oolong was named after Daphne Odora plant due to the similarity of leaf flavor with plant aroma. The tea is grown and harvested in Tong Mu nature reserve of Wuyi mountains in the northern part of Fujian Province. The tea is harvested and processed only by hand. When the tea is being grown, only natural and organic fertilizers are used; to fight harmful insects only ultrasonic waves and sticky tapes are applied.

Take 5-6 grams of dry tea and add 100 ml of boiled water 95-100°C, brew for 1 second. Immediately pour off this water and brew again with hot water 95-100°C for 3-4 seconds for the first infusion. For every following infusion increase the time for 2 seconds. The tea can be brewed up to 6-7 times.
